“Tim was very helpful at providing knowledge and sharing his expertise with his tenure in the field. His services are clearly in demand as he frequently mentioned working with other costumers during the process, and he was very accomodating with short turn over requests. He made the paperwork very straight forward, offered highly competitive advice to get an edge in a *very* active seller's focused market, and offered a great specialized search index with house finding. Thanks to him I was able to find and purchase a home in just over a month of searching that I am very excited to move into.”

“We had multiple closing dates that came and went, due to my lending agent's requirements and lack of communication. Right before we ended up closing, Timothy called me on a Saturday night because the closing had been delayed yet again. I had left him a voicemail, in tears, and he must have heard it in my voice. He called me back within 20 minutes so we could discuss next steps forward. He was calling me from his mother's birthday party which was out of state to reassure me we still had some options and how we could proceed. I had no idea he was out of state, let alone at a family gathering. This to me illustrates the excellent service Timothy provides-he genuinely cares about his clients and will do what he can to facilitate a happy ending.”

“My now wife and I met Tim by driving by a home that we saw online and were interested in. He happened to be showing it to another couple at the time, we waited until they were finished and we introduced ourselves and asked if he would have time to show us the property as well, and he did! We were originally looking in the Madison area but then changed our direction and decided to stay in the Waukesha area. Tim made many drives to Waukesha without hesitation. As first time home buyers we had many questions...Tim was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the process. He always responded in a timely manner, and we knew he always had our best interest at hand. Thanks for everything Tim! We love our new home!”

“Tim got me from "I think I want to buy a house" to keys in my hand in just over a month! I am a first-time home buyer. Tim was patient and thorough with my questions about the process. He was organized and moved quickly when we had to. He had a great knowledge of the area I was interested in, and suggested towns I originally didn't consider. He worked with me and my lender to put together purchase offers that fit my specific financial situation. His referrals to an insurance agent and lending agent were top-notch as well. He clearly has a great network! More than anything, he cared about my result. He was bummed when we worked hard on an offer and it fell through, and excited when I finally got the house I wanted. I appreciated that.”
