“We had multiple closing dates that came and went, due to my lending agent's requirements and lack of communication. Right before we ended up closing, Timothy called me on a Saturday night because the closing had been delayed yet again. I had left him a voicemail, in tears, and he must have heard it in my voice. He called me back within 20 minutes so we could discuss next steps forward.
